Your journey to healthy posture starts with a digital posture screen with a medically licensed and HPC certified physical therapist. During this 20-minute screening you will be asked to perform 4 functional movements, 2 seated and 2 standing. Step #2: Connect with us on Teams!
- You will receive an email confirmation for all online workout sessions at the time of booking. Additionally, you will receive a reminder email with the Team Meeting link the day of each scheduled online workout. Although not necessary, it is best to connect to us via Teams. Teams can be downloaded in your app store for free.
Step #3: Test your web cam. It is ideal to complete your telehealth sessions with a web cam that is mobile to allow for viewing when laying down and standing up.
Step #4: Wear clothing that allows us to see your movement but does not restrict your ability to move freely.

After your Posture Screen
After your posture screen you will likely be prescribed the Neutral Spine Conditioning 8-pack. A customer care specialist will purchase and schedule out the 8 digital coaching sessions included in this package.

What is a Digital Coaching Sessions?
A digital coaching session is when you are guided through a workout with a HPC physical therapist or movement educator through Skype. Prior to each coaching session, you will be emailed a screener to watch. You will be asked to watch that workout just prior to your scheduled coaching session. During your coaching session you will be asked to perform that workout. If you perform each exercise properly with minimal verbal cues needed to maintain neutral spine alignment, you will be provided the password for that workout with instructions for self-care until your next digital coaching session.
Neutral spine conditioning workouts are not just fitness workouts, they rewire your movement patterns, this is called neural integration. When done properly you progress forward in your goal of conditioning yourself to move from healthy posture to break faulty loading patterns that cause pain. Exercises performed outside of neutral spine alignment reinforce these faulty loading patterns. That is why we have such a structured systems for movement instruction and home program communications.
