Depending on your performance and goals you will be prescribed 1 of 3 Get Started Memberships. Your HPC physical therapist will also gain insight into which joint clearing techniques you will need to compliment your neutral spine conditioning program to ensure you reach your goals.

During your posture screening your HPC physical therapist may identify that you have joint instabilities or misalignments that warrant physical therapy guided onboarding. This will require a purchase of a $300 Virtual Injury Management 4-Pack. A HPC physical therapist will guide you through your first 4 virtual workouts before having you start a 3-month Get Started membership.

What is a Virtual Workout?
A virtual workout is when you are guided through a workout with a HPC physical therapist or movement educator through Skype. Depending on the membership you are prescribed, you will receive 2 to 8 virtual workouts a month. Prior to each virtual workout session, you will be emailed a screener to watch. You will be asked to watch that workout just prior to your scheduled workout treatment. During your workout treatment you will be asked to perform that workout. If you performed each exercise properly with minimal verbal cues needed to maintain neutral spine alignment you will be provided the password for that workout with instructions for self-care until your next virtual workout session.
Neutral spine conditioning workouts are not just fitness workouts, they are rewiring your nervous systems movement patterns. When done properly you progress forward in the goal of moving from healthy posture to break faulty loading patterns that cause pain. When performed improperly they just reinforce these faulty loading patterns. That is why we have a such structured systems for movement instruction and home program communications.
