The key to long term injury prevention and management is maintaining your ability to perform your daily activities, fitness, sport and recreational activities from neutral spine alignment. Life is too short to suffer an avoidable injury. The three maintenance memberships below are designed to keep you neutral spine fit.

Injury Management 8-pack

Consists of 8 digital coaching sessions with a medically licensed rehabilitation specialist – $600 ($75/session).  This package is prescribed for all maintenance clients with an active pain condition that require a re-assessment and/or review of joint clearing routines before their workouts.

Functional Fitness 8-pack

Consists of 8 digital coaching sessions with an HPC certified Neutral Spine Condition Specialist $400 ($50/session). This membership option is prescribed for all new clients that are at level 4 of the program and do not require medical supervision.

Your Maintenance Membership are designed to keep you injury-free and conditioned to all the challenges in your life without faulty loading patterns in the neck and low back.

Level 4

Level 4 workouts condition you to perform your daily activities including fitness from neutral spine alignment.

Level 5

Level 5 workouts condition you to perform sport and recreational activities from neutral spine alignment.

Level 6

Level 6 workouts add cardiovascular conditioning to your neutral spine based functional fitness workouts for complete fitness.
