Neurologically conditioning yourself to function from neutral spine alignment takes 6 to 8 weeks. We need minimally 8 sessions to teach you all you need to know to reach this milestone. The Get Started 8-pack will safely progress you to level 3 of the program which conditions you to perform home + sedentary work tasks from healthy posture. It takes 2-3 months to achieve this level of conditioning and address all the moving parts contributing to the faulty loading patterns associated with collapsed posture. There are 2 different Get Started 8-packs we can prescribe.
Injury Management 8-pack
Consists of 8 digital coaching sessions with a medically licensed rehabilitation specialist – $600 ($75/session). This package is prescribed for all new clients with an active pain condition that require direct supervision by a physical therapist to safely progress to level 3 of the program.
Injury Prevention 8-pack
Consists of 8 digital coaching sessions with an HPC certified Neutral Spine Condition Specialist $400 ($50/session). This membership option is prescribed for all new clients that do not require a physical therapist to safely progress to level 3 of the program. This option may be prescribed for those completing Prehab that require only 10 minutes with a physical therapist.
The 8 digital coaching session in your Get Started 8-pack will follow a structure to safely condition you to perform your daily activities from neutral spine alignment. You can expect to accomplish the following milestone upon completion of you Get Started 8-pack.
- Week 1: Restore access to neutral spine alignment.
- We will discuss healthy sitting and sleeping strategies.
- Week 2: Sit, stand and walk from neutral spine alignment.
- You will learn a “Start Your Day” routine.
- Week 3 + 4: go up and down stairs maintaining healthy posture.
- We will perform an ergonomic consultation for your workstation.
- Week 5 + 6: Pick objects off floor without faulty loading.
- You are spending 51% of your day from neutral spine alignment.
- Week 7 + 8: Lift object overhead without losing neutral spine alignment.
- You are spending 75% of your day from neutral spine alignment.
- Month 3: return to fitness level strengthening exercise without faulty loading.
